1. What Pomo Pomo Arcade is
Pomo Pomo Arcade is a casual mini-game arcade for entertainment purposes, featuring Pomo the cat and a growing collection of comfort-focused games.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Pomo Pomo Arcade only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to reverse-engineer, abuse or disrupt the app.
3. Purchases
Optional cosmetic items (themed skin sets and accessories) may be purchased through Apple's App Store. All purchases are final except as required by Apple's refund policies, which govern all in-app purchase transactions.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its characters (including Pomo), art, audio and design are owned by the developer.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Pomo Pomo Arcade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
